Turn the request into a dated checklist
Save the original request, case ID, request date and deadline before uploading anything. Map each requested item to one purpose: government ID for identity and age, recent evidence for the registered address, and statements or account screens for ownership and transaction history of the payment method.
Ask which fields may be masked and which upload channel is accepted. Do not email a larger set of financial records merely because it is available; supply the minimum evidence that satisfies the stated check.

Make every file readable and consistent
Use clear colour images with all edges visible, legible dates and the same name and address used in the casino profile. For a bank, card or wallet record, retain the holder name, relevant transaction and approved account suffix while excluding passwords and authentication secrets.
Name files by purpose and date. If the operator requests certified material, confirm the certification format and eligible certifier before paying for a new copy.
Close each item before the deadline
Record the upload timestamp and status for every file. If rejected, ask for the exact failed field and replace only that item rather than sending several uncontrolled versions through chat and email.
Once all documents are accepted, request written confirmation that KYC is complete and ask whether any separate withdrawal or source-of-funds review remains. Keep that answer with the original payment request.
